Rotherham 9.x installation problem

I installed the Rotherham 9.x on my desktop which runs vista without a problem. I am tryingto get in to install on my laptop which runs windows 7 and it installs into program files e-sword but doesn't open. it's a .bblx file and on vista it's a .bbl file (don't know if that helps). . . can anyone help me?

That is for e-Sword 9.x.

That is for e-Sword 8.x, and lower.

What version of e-Sword did you install?
