James L. Phillips was a Baptist missionary born in India and eventually dying there.  His principle characteristics were his love for Christ and souls.  A humble tool of God, he was used mightily by his Master.  Hard work, discipline and love - his soul rejoiced to minister in India.  This book, written primarily by his widow, places before the reader some of his correspondence and how he was used to change the world.
