The Complete Word Study Dictionary vs. 9 Update Help

I'm checking paid for Premium Modules for e-Sword version 9.03 before I try to install it. I've found everything except The Complete Word Study Dictionary from AMG Publishers. The official e-Sword site says it was updated 4-9-2009 and to get a compatible e-Sword version 9 from AMG. AMG has absolutely nothing listed for e-Sword and no link to contact them. It appears that the only mention of the $40 Premium Module is on the official e-Sword site, and all it offers is to sell you another one. Surely, there must be a way to download an updated module for folks who have already bought it.
Can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!

Why remove the link?
It's password protected anyway and it's from Rick's website!
Why should he trouble Rick (and all the others that don't know where to find the file) with a mail of where to find the download!!!
Unless it's Rick Meyer's request then I do not understand
